What is Aging in Place?
Aging in place is the ability to live in one's home safely, independently, and comfortably as you age. This involves planning for the changes that will occur to you and your home as you age and making arrangements for the resources and support you might need.
"Change is inevitable"... As we or our parents age, changes occur that often make us feel like we have no control. Perhaps there is a new medical diagnosis or some change that is impacting the physical and mental well-being in a negative way. Aging in Place Solutions is here to assist and empower you and your family to identify changes early and access possible options to help.
